I'm stuggling to come up with a pithy answer to this QOTD because I know that's the intent of it. I just can't. My sincere answer is that Jeremy needs to do nothing but ponder what it is in his life that makes him think (or, made him think) that what he did was remotely ok/acceptable and begin to take steps to resolve

Agreed. He needs to get his shit together. Apparently he is or was recently going through a messy divorce, among other things. Get that sorted out. Get some therapy/counseling/etc. Solidify connections with family and friends. Find what makes himself happy at this stage in his life and go from there.

Very nicely said. He's entertaining, but there's something...troubled there.

This goes beyond “not being a nice person.” He assaulted a producer for the show for 30 seconds. No matter how much money you bring in, workplace violence tends to get people fired.

I'm sad about this, but if we're all being honest, he has crossed the line numerous times...more than probably anyone else would have been allowed. The show will live on. Frankly, Richard Hammond is a better presenter than Jeremy, in my opinion. They need to hire Chris Harris and Sabine Schmitz, let Hammond be the
