Anybody notice the obvious continuity problem at 6:58? He kicks her, he is knocked out.

The thing to remember it's still entirely scripted and pre-made, but rendered in real-time.

Sounds interesting. Only thing I'm on the fence about is the integration of campaign and multiplayer. As long as it's a purely positive reinforcement deal I'm fine with it, but I'm reminded obviously of Mass Effect 3.

Best way is to follow the link to the beta forums from your invitation e-mail, then logging in and going to "Getting Started" on the beta forums. There's almost no other way to find the forums other than that direct link (barring memorization), or posts on the blog that link to it, such as the recent one reflecting on

Good tip. I'm adding it to my "lan-able" games list xD

I'd like to see more games break beyond the 4-player barrier. I love that they've added coop, but the 4-player wall is kind of a dealbreaker since me and my friends are usually in groups of 5/6.

I totally lol'd at 1:25. "Setting a waypoint to infinity."

I enjoyed the Forza 2 soundtrack, but 3/4 I didn't like much.

I'm still sad NFS is turning into a burnout style game, or at least I was with Hot Pursuit. Since Criterion is on this, I'm guessing it'll be more like that as well. Might be good games, but I'll never like them. So much for NFS for me.

That would indeed be a dream come true. Bit of wishful thinking that a group of competitors will just work together like this, but if this becomes a big hit on Android, other parties might feel they are at a disadvantage if they don't.

I think this is great. Some people don't see the point, but that's perhaps because they're not looking at the whole picture.

Only thing I can think of is they perhaps built their combat/animation system in a frame-dependent manner, which would require them to rework a lot of stuff if they upscaled to 60FPS.

There's only one thing I think of when somebody asks me for anything I could want, and it usually just comes to mind because I can't really think of anything I need (like the song).

Hah, perhaps, but I'm actually quite optimistic... It's a strange paradox.

That's an interesting angle on the situation. Sounds pretty accurate too xD

I blame people in general for not being able to enjoy themselves. They have themselves to blame for that more than anything else. Sure, the hype-machine helps, but giving into it is the main reason you're disappointed in the first place.

Ever heard of Bandicam? I'm doing a quick search and that appears to another DirectX/OpenGL hooked piece of recording software (like Fraps). Anything that doesn't do that will most likely be very slow.

People disguised as aliens? I'm pretty sure it's usually the other way around. #corrections ?

Knives are nasty. Running is definitely the best option.

Most wanted was the last NFS I enjoyed. Everything since then has been very lackluster imo. I miss the NFS 3 days... And even though Hot Pursuit was good, it was more Burnout than NFS.
