Nomex for everyone. Problem solved. =)

One lonely star. I think you might be alone with this opinion.

<insert mass grouping of individuals here> are surprisingly diverse. This is the least surprising headline ever when you stop to think about it for more than a second. Believers within many different sects and branches of religion are still quite diverse. Because they are individuals.

Yep. The sheer idea of completely winding out 1st, and depending on where I am, winding out 2nd (or if entering a highway, winding out 3rd) without ever even risking speeding? It can’t be replaced.

I DD a 2000 New Beetle with a 5MT and the 2.slow engine. I’ve been living this life for a while. =)

Good for you. No one other than you can tell you that your car is not for you. Period. Full stop.

But But But... it doesn’t work if I follow your own advice about eyes. Has Pixar got to Patrick too? Is he trying to influence you? Resist man! Resist!

Largely agreed (though I periodically dream of STi’s). If I have my druthers, a FoST will be my next car. As much as I love the idea of the FiST, I just feel like I’m slightly too large (6’1” / 210) to realistically fit into a Fiesta for the next decade+ (I tend to hold on to my cars). I mean, unless I get rich

It’s a dying breed. I think the only others are the Viper (while it’s still available), Focus RS, and then the Z/28 and the Shelby GT350 are what round out the options. It’s a happy day that there are at least *some*.

That’s great, because just like the S2K’s (and FoST/FiST sibs), the SVT’s were manual only. Not that I pass judgement on those who get AT’s, but seeing those owners always brings a smile to my face (there are a lot of reasons to get an AT, they just don’t cut it for me, but that’s just for me).

In the city where I live I have seen two different Focus STs driven by women who are very likely over the age of 70 (one of them on multiple occasions, leading me to firmly believe it is her car). If they can get a FoST why shouldn’t some crafty person who needlepoints get a F Type R? Maybe they should form a club.

Yep. I knew I was forgetting a factor. Yeah, everything of that mission profile and era was pretty much similar.

The P-38 enjoyed the advantage of not being slow, underpowered, or ugly. But it stands out for those qualities. But otherwise, yeah?

The omission of both Jester King and Firestone Walker is bordering on criminal. And if we’re including Redstone (a meadery), then we’ve also left off both Superstition (in AZ) and New Day (in Indianapolis). I understand that the list data generated. But honestly, it’s a rather odd one. And some of the weighting system

Yeah, I was proven wrong by many. =)

It’s still early down here in the Southwest Desert. Haven’t had my coffee. =)

My brain goes to countless X planes. Which doesn’t quite meet what I would like to think your qualifications are.

Trolling comment which simultaneously invokes Godwin’s law and is predicated upon many logical fallacies.

Honestly, I came here expecting one of these two books to be Interface. This book was amazing.
