He is seriously nasty on a track. I've been a follower of MotoGP for years and this kid is truly unique. I haven't seen anyone work a back tire like him since Kenny Roberts. The way he manhandles the bike makes it look so damn easy, but in reality, he's right on the edge, all the time. I'm grateful to have been able

I'll vote for either a used Bentley or Rolls Royce. In some ways it's the exact opposite of the Ferrari, and in other ways it's very similar. Go for it!

Since when did Pepsi start sponsoring their airline?

Agreed. Been to every NHRA event at Englishtown and Maple Grove for years and it's always awesome. One has no appreciation of the speed, power, and overall monstrosity of the nitro cars until it is viewed in person; watching it on TV is fun, but does no justice to the experience. And watching the crews do their thing

Never saw that rendering of the 'Cuda (but then again, I never really looked very hard for one). It looks like a Funny Car. It would be pretty awesome if it had a flip-up body, to0.

Ah damn, beat me to it. Ah well, I made the (quick, half-hearted) effort, so here it is...

A buddy of mine bought one of these as his first brand new car in '96, the year we graduated high school. Got it the right way - dark blue, cloth seats, and a stick (wasn't a base-mobile, though; I think it was a sport trim or something of that ilk). Damn good combo and quick. That V6 was no joke back in the day, and

This is the basic interior that doesn't have the optional MyFord Touch or navigation system. The push button starter is now standard.

I love how many new articles are linked with the "Crossing the Country in a Lotus Elise" article. I guess the parallel here is that being in an Elise is kinda like being in a coffin, too...

I saw this on IMAX back when it was first released and was truly blown away. Seeing it on such an absurdly large screen really gave one a great appreciation of the speed the real IndyCars were capable of. If they re-released this in IMAX, I'd be taking a day off work to go see it again.

My '97 Mustang Cobra - with drag radials on it (the car had a lot of work done to it, but was still streetable). I went to Englishtown in the AM, then went to, ahem, visit, a girl I was dating who went to Hofstra, and by the time I was ready to go home, it had begun flurrying. It wasn't winter anymore - maybe

I like to believe I'm the first guy to award an A for effort, but this is just awful. The only redeemable quality about this truck is that it's darkening someone else's driveway, not mine.

Hopefully someone will use "dated weaponry" like this...

Eh, who cares? It finished last.

Same here. My dealership and our crew shoot straight without the bullshit. You can still make good money and earn a living playing it straight. I get a lot of repeat customers because I don't dick around with them and they appreciate the service. And truthfully, it's been my experience that a lot of the customers are

I hear ya, life definitely gets in the way sometimes. I live in NY, but I wouldn't hold my breath about that NJ race. If you're in the NY metro area, check out the Montreal race. I went 8 years in a row and it's a great event. The downtown parties make Mardi Gras look like a block party.

Do it, man seriously. I went to Austin last year and it was a great time. The whole town was very well-prepared to host everyone and there was no shortage of things to see, places to go, and parties to attend. Can't make it this year (my fatherly duties got in the way), but I'm definitely planning to again next year.

No need to be cunty. I've been driving for 20 years, spent time as an instructor, and used to daily drive RWD sports cars all-year 'round, so I'm quite adept at driving in the snow, thanks. Having endured winter with FWD, RWD, and AWD, there is no way you're going to tell me that having power at all 4 wheels is not

I hear ya. I'm a dealer and I'm dying for an AWD ST (or RS). We sell Subarus, too, and we had a lot of people buy the WRX or STI instead because of the AWD factor (I'm one of them). Being in NY, it's a must-have for most people.
