I don’t think there’s any clear answer. My guess is that the EPA will be checking a lot of VW cars to see how much they cheated in other vehicles.

so based on the cap you could put Castrol Edge or Mobil 1 since they’re both Dexos approved and paid GM some money to stick the logo on their product.
is that a type of oil or a specification?
This was cool back in the day, but smartphones and other fancy gadgets will make this very obsolete.
They should rename themselves “The Shack”
and that goodwill probably only truly cost the dealer maybe $50 for labor and $100 for the part. So $150 of goodwill to make a customer for life.
As long as they can’t produce this phone in adequate volume, the specs of this are meaningless. Too many phones out now that you can actually buy today and not wait for some stupid invite or special day of the week when they happen to be available.
if they already allow audio, then I don’t see the big deal. Turning important court proceedings into some sort of TV show will only diminish what they do.
your issues are with the general public and not Doug or his articles. Everyone pays a different price for new and used cars.
you’re taking this one carmax post out of context with Doug’s many other articles about his Range Rover/CarMax saga.

except most of our animals aren't raised with scraps. It takes a massive amount of land and feed to commercially raise animals. Just look at beef production and how much land that requires. Very inefficient and it displaced a lot of indigenous wildlife.
we'll probably end up biohacking that too. I suspect that we'll be able to grow slabs of meat in a factory without having to raise animals in our current lifetime.
Shouldn't they have had this when they launched the vehicle? Especially considering what you're paying...
Completely agree. It didn't even reflect any sort of real world damage. They purposely damaged with sledgehammer way beyond the limits of a normal accident on fairly high spots on the vehicle. In a normal accident, I don't even think the taillight would be even contacted most of the time.
exact same thing happened to me as I was unfamiliar with Mercedes layout on an E class. I shifted into Neutral on the highway with that layout. I think the lever was positioned where the wiper is on our other car. Luckily, I got it back intro drive quickly enough without having a heart attack. In certain…
exactly what i was thinking. Sliding doors seem so much more practical and don't compromise so much of the roof. Seems like it would be easier to do a roof rack or panaromic window with sliding doors.
It costs a lot to recycle old alkalines right now. By 2025, I just see alkalines getting less relevant and some of these alkaline battery processing centers go bankrupt.
must be some sort of mule as it's too ugly to be a Tesla vehicle.
best summary. This won't change anything but the wording. Everything will now be High Speed Internet. At best maybe some slush funds for rural access might have some higher build-out requirements.
