I was thinking that it’s funny that they actually built in the PERFECT plot device to explain why Kate suddenly looks different. Alice kidnaps her or whatever, says she’s going to “kill” her sister, and only does it figuratively and now she looks like... Mary?

I saw it exactly opposite. She was good as Batwoman, but her Kate Kane was just... meh. I don’t feel like she really sold any of the internal conflicts she was supposed to be having. She seems a better action star than dramatic star, really.

People keep saying she was a “big get” for the show, but... how famous is she, really? Besides Orange is the New Black, what’s her other biggest role? The mute assassin in John Wick 2?

Both this and Scrubs ended in a way that it makes it hard to me to remember how much I loved the shows for many years. though I will say that i can randomly turn on any HIMYM ep from season 1-4 and still find it pretty damn entertaining.
