That heavy sulphur bunker fuel contributes many thousands times more to global pollution than all vehicles on earth. More than all the vehicles, aircraft, homes and factories — combined. It’s some nasty stuff.

The problem is they are heavy and big, so can be a pain to put on/take off. Mine weighs 160+lbs and takes 3 people to lift to that height. It’s easier just to leave it on for the season, and take off during winter. If that offends someones sensibilities, that’s their problem not mine.

I mean one of the huge fiberglass types. He wears it like a fashion accessory. Dude already drives around by himself in an empty minivan, how much more useless space do you need to haul around?
