My wife has some family from rural areas of Maryland and Pennsylvania. They treat Jello salad as a vegetable side dish. Sometimes it’s the only green thing on the table.

Most coffeemakers define a cup of coffee as 6 oz, not 4.
I see a different order, with the newest episode on top. Either it’s been fixed or the order is random.
I like the Baroque Cycle! I liked it more on my second read-through, when I knew which parts to pay attention to and which to ignore.
The actual story of the “Blacks for Trump” guy is crazy: He was in a cult, he thinks Oprah is the devil, etc. Naturally, SNL chose to ignore that. Instead we got the usual wacky Kenan faces, jokes about how he was paid to be there, everything you’d expect from writers who had seen a 30-second clip of the rally and…
Because legacy accounts can’t be ported over yet, I’m still in the greys. On the one hand, that’s annoying. On the other hand, it gives me an excuse to post Frightened Rabbit lyrics.
I’m not even looking for really old comments. I want to read comments on shows that aired a couple of weeks ago. No pre-Kinja comments are visible on any articles, as far as I can tell.
This article is impossible to find without “What’s On Tonight” in the headline. I assumed it was a Zoo review or discussion, not the general WoT, until someone else linked to it.
In her rare appearances earlier in the season (like when she ran into Dev at the rib fest), I thought the actress was terrible. I could barely understand her and her delivery was as bad as Aziz’ mother. So I was pleasantly surprised by her performance in “Thanksgiving”.
The comments on old reviews are still missing, despite the promises to import all comments.
Who needs spoiler text when we have a variety horizontal rules and font sizes?
I like his films, except for the screaming orange fella that’s always in them!
I remember when the commenting platform changed to require registration. Everyone hated it.
Well, screw you too!
I've bought Trillium in bottles a couple times, but I haven't seen it in over a year. I'll amend my statement to say that none of these beers are generally or reliably available in stores.
None of those breweries' beers are sold in stores. (I know Trillium and Treehouse aren't, and I've never seen Bissell in Maine or Massachusetts.) Neither is Heady Topper. It seems that you can't actually buy a New England IPA in New England.
I live in New England. I buy a lot of beer. I don't think I've ever seen anything labeled as a "New England IPA", even though it's apparently the hottest style. Is that term only used in other parts of the country? I can't even figure out what it would refer to, except for the various IPAs made by the Maine Beer…
I don't have demerara syrup at home. I do, however, have maple syrup, which is delicious in a Toronto. It also feels more Canadian than other sugar syrups. You may have to dilute your syrup a little if it's thick; I use homemade syrup that's a bit thinner than store-bought.
I'll tell you who doesn't play D&D: People whose old gaming group all had kids and/or moved away.
I think he means Erlich Blockmann.
