Newark is terrible for international connections. Everyone is used to the baggage shuffle everywhere, where you have to collect your bags then recheck them. In Newark you then have to walk for what seems like miles, then enter the ridiculous TSA lines for re-screening. You were already in a secure area of the

This is absolutely the worst airport in Europe, especially if you have to pass through customs as a non-EU citizen. I go out of my way to use Amsterdam Schiphol instead.

What fresh 8-bit Hell is this?

It probably will result in fewer sales of the Prius. But Toyota has hybrid versions of the Rav 4 and the Corolla for your dad and other seniors. Moving the Prius down to younger folks shouldn’t hurt their bottom line.

I’ve flown this, and the A380. The A380 is almost annoyingly large. It takes forever to board and deplane in ways the 747 doesn’t. I’m not sure why that is; it’s just a feeling I guess. I haven’t been on a 747 in at least 12 years though. The 777 replaced them on every long haul I’ve done a long time ago.

There is good “Christmas” music out there. Might I suggest “Carol of the Old Ones” By the Dagon Tabernacle Choir?

Sorry, shareholders. Buying stock can be a risky investment. You should have known who Elon was the moment he called that rescue diver a “pedo guy”. No reimbursement for you!

They should have been something like the Ford E-Transit. Heck, they’d be better off just buying stock right drive Transit Connects than what we’re supposedly getting.

The only reason I can think of would be to meet a passenger in transit. Detroit and Seattle at least are large hubs, and it could be worth it to meet someone who has a long-ish layover.

No.  Buyer says no rwd...

Fair enough. I can accept that different people will make different choices about how they want to do things. Consider putting lanyards on your expensive gear though! An iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn’t come cheap.

Just as you say, although the new Apple Watches have the same crash feature built directly into them. Since he doesn’t mention also having a new Apple Watch chances are he has an old one without the crash feature. I can’t speak to the software, but it seems to me that if you have both, and one device experiences a

OK. But the author also has an Apple Watch, just as I do. The haptic feedback that taps your wrist before upcoming turns, coupled with the voice directions, should be enough. It works fine for me in Seattle and other cities I frequent on my bike. I can’t believe NYC is radically different. He has the tools to prevent

Wait. You have a Cardo bluetooth system. Why mount your phone to the bike at all? Why not keep it in a jacket pocket?

What Apple said during the keynote was:

Dodge Omni GLH. They don’t come any more crappy.

I’d argue the first season isn’t weak. But you wouldn’t know it on a first watch through. If you watch the series again you can see all of the groundwork being laid in the first season for everything that comes after. Sure, there were a few episodes that I could do without (“If Wishes Were Horses” for instance) but

May he rest in peace.

You mean dimwit operating a camera, proceeding towards the tornado--without having his seat belt fastened. Yeah, that guy is much more stupid.

Renault should be reminded that France has an election next month. This will not go well for them, now that they’re about to become a campaign issue.
