RE4'd.
I don’t personally think it would fit the mood to amp up the combat, but if it’s fun, then I’ll probably get over it.
However, this is even further out of Blooper’s wheelhouse than ‘depressing adventure game’ so I have additional concerns.
I really want it to be good. it’s my favourite game T_T

Ha! And ouch.
but no worries. Microsoft will fix the culture at Activision. They’ve already reduced sexual harassment cases by 8% ! >_<

Unofficially at certain game studios, there’s the TTP or “Time Till Penis” metric regarding user content. It’s going to happen, but how easy is it for them to do it will decide how much you need to moderate. heh.

I didn’t know about the fried chicken or watermelon thing until I asked someone to explain a Chappelle Show skit to me (not an American, but live here now). They’re two of my favourite foods - never crossed my mind it would be a bad thing, but racists gotta ruin nice things for everyone. :-/

Square was stupid and fire-saled it to chase NFTs (so doubly dumb), but I get your point. However, they unloaded it as a whole unit, and I’m thinking maybe Embracer can sell off the pieces. There are some things in there that have a lot more value than others. Like Tomb Raider. >_>

I tried playing it when it launched (I’m as old a Nier fan as can be), but maybe I just don’t get mobile games. I thought it was pretty awful. The art, music, and story were intriguing, but it was such a drip feed, it was hard to track the events, and every day it was just the same crap - do some gacha pulls, feel

Embalmer Group strikes again.

I honestly wish they’d start selling off studios/IPs so that maybe somebody could do something with the things. I’m worried about my Tomb Raiders... :(

They did the never-expire Battlepasses for Halo Infinite and depending on how it’s done, it’s not necessarily a good thing. The amount of time to clear a battlepass for that game was pretty high for my kid (they stopped bothering after realizing they were playing not for fun but to get their quota each day - a

I do love the low commitment aspect. I believe they’ve crafted an experience that will demand pretty much 0 hours of my time. :P

I’ve never used StackSocial, but I am setting up a new machine. Everyone happy with StackSocial, or is it sketchy?

I’m sure it being on GamePass is a big factor. And that 75% of Xbox Series sales don’t even have a disk drive. They probably don’t expect very many people to actually buy it outright, let alone on disk, so why bother on physical stock? They can always do a limited run later if the game blows up.
The original was

I thought this was going to be about the heavily rumoured extended dance/musical sequence in Hellblade 2.

Combat was definitely my least favourite part of the game. Everything else kept me pushing through the combat sequences. Of course, I played it at launch so I was also worried about dying too many times >_>

I loved the first one, but I’m just so worried about this. There were aspects to it that continuing the story may cheapen, and I really hope they pull it off without breaking the first one. Ambiguous endings don’t always work, but I think it did in Hellblade, and hopefully this can avoid creating a Correct Interpretati

The only improvement I care about is fixing the godawful save system of the first game. single-use save points was awful.

As both a compulsive season finisher (I watched The Strain to the end, dammit!), and a huge redhead simp, the fact that I didn’t finish this show is a testament to its awfulness. :P

Legion was sooo good (maybe not season 3, but maybe I was too tired when i watched it. Still good, but not up to the first two). And Aubrey Plaza was a powerhouse in that show. So was Jean Smart. Great to see actors bust my preconceptions of what they can do.

Loved She-Hulk, but as anyone who says this, I guess, I was a huge fan of Byrne’s She-Hulk run in the 80s, and this show captured it well in a modern setting. Maslany was just a big bonus.
I liked the first season of The Gifted pretty well, although I admit I didn’t keep with it when it was canceled/Fox Buyout so maybe

Well, she did an excellent job in No One Will Save You, even with barely speaking. She’s quite a slight girl, but so was Natalie Portman, so I think she can do it.
but if she ain’t as buff as Game Abby, but nails the character, that’s fine by me.

I hope it works out. It looks good. This may be the first Ubi game I’ve bought since... I don’t know... BG&E? (I got Rayman Legends on GWG, so maybe that sorta counts, but still... been a while)
