So I’ll have to ignore Aerith missions to make sure I get to date Tifa? Aww. I like missions.

Agreed. That’d be ideal.

Yes. Cover those heat vents :P

My PS4 started to cook when I had it in a stack (between an Xbone and a PS3). I ended up making spacers using the kid’s dumb MegaBloks to give some additional airflow around the top, and it’s been fine since.

I got a Series X (and kind of regret it). The kiddo was big into Halo, but Infinite was kind of a disappointment so it doesn’t get used much. I got a super good deal on GamePass, so I do use the XSX but only for GamePassing small and/or quirky games, which is kind of amusing.

Usually the physical media isn’t the problem with backwards compatibility but the system architecture. 360, for example, used a PowerPC chip and the One/X uses a PC-typical intel-style architecture. And Sony was famous for having weird custom graphics chips (and CPUs in the PS3 as well, making the PS3 a real pain for

Awesome. Thanks!

To be clear, unlike with AW1, we can get all this extra stuff on Easy or Normal mode too, yeah? I haven’t seen a definitive answer, but I think so.

Also, any info on if you can re-get upgrade materials so we can max out upgrades this time?

Regardless of the answers, I’m excited to do this again. I just hope I can play

Who else bought up a bunch of citrus farmland to make an empire? Amouranthland coming soon!

So, there’s a reason for this (besides greed, of course).
Back when box stores were relevant, they basically had to keep price parity with physical copies or GameStop would’ve screwed them. That’s not an issue anymore, really, but the tradition continues.
And there’s another thing: publishers don’t like having

Are there social link time-management aspects like in P5, or is it completely gone, or streamlined like in Strikers?
I guess.. do i need a spreadsheet (or even worry) about how to spend my time between battles? That’s always the most stressful part.

This sucks for the people involved, but it doesn’t sound like this was a game *studio* impact, but rather gaming-adjacent. I’m not even sure what the Crown Channel is but I do know they didn’t actually make games. I think maybe it was a Twitch show -about- games on Twitch?

When I worked there, we had amazing health care (for a year, then they changed it), and we got excellent deals on all MS software, and XBox employees got all MS published games for free, digital or physical. Even got a free Kinect (which was cool coz it was hard to get when it launched).
Then it was just digital

I’m actually surprised this was available to non-Xbox employees already. I kind of wonder if that was unintentional and they just noticed.
Glad they reversed the decision tho.

The app is so bad. I’m going to give it a chance, as a huge Silent Hill and Skinny Puppy fan (the music is pretty cool), but it’s pretty sad so far.

they also have it run at 6pm PST which is prime dinner time for us west coasters, so I’ll never watch it live (although that sounds like a bonus, based on the awful

I had 50 handgun ammo disappear from the shoebox when I added a dozen to a stack of 45. I got the 7 in another slot, but the 50 disappeared. I reloaded. Ammo is too precious. :(

My kid also encountered an issue with the inventory where they couldn’t interact with the rightmost column. The cursor would keep bouncing

Can you even use mods on Xbox? Is someone using a PC mod to purport the superiority of a specific console? Seems a bit of a self-own there... unless you can use mods on XBox in which case I suppose I’ll need to dust mine off.

Came to say.
And this is purely anecdotal, but of my game playing friends, a pretty strong number of people who play Skyrim (and I’m making the leap to Starfield from being Bethesda RPG fans) don’t always buy a lot of other games - they get that one game and put hundreds of hours into it. Might not be heavy GamePass

This sucks for the people laid off, but is there a law about what a severance should be? When we got laid off at another company, we got 2 weeks/year, and that was considered pretty generous by other people in the industry (this was Washington, and not Alberta, so there could be different laws and expectations - a

Explain! I’m a huge GitS fan, and loved SAC, but except for the original movie (which the writer excluded), what has been better since SAC? Rise? SAC_2045? I hope not SAC_2045.

Synduality Noir - It’s not top-tier like some of those listed, but I’m enjoying it. It’s fun and has a nice 90s cyberpunky anime feel to it. It’s got a bit of a magic-feel with how the robots provide special abilities, but overall, it’s been a fun time.
