My point is that to most of the world, owning four cars, a million dollar home and retiring in your early 50’s seems vulgar or unimaginable, and yet the OP feels completely justified with his accumulation of wealth.

I agree that a car is a necessity. The OP said he has four.

The people who own yachts can justify their purchase just as easily as you justified owning four cars, which, to most of the world, would look like obscene greed and excess.

You are right that they are detached from your version of reality, but your reality is equally unfathomable to billions of people around the world.

There is nothing unethical about rock stars sleeping with younger groupies. It’s a mutually beneficial relationship that both parties have enthusiastically consented to. In fact, almost by  definition, the groupie is the pursuer.

You might find the thought of sleeping with an older star unappealing but there are many women who enthusiastically want to do exactly that.
