There is literally no way to execute this surreptitiously without coming off like an asshole.

It’s Alabama, they just get angry if you suggest terminating the nest before nine months but after that forget about it...

a purple-haired lesbian surrounded by her teammates with giant “DARE TO SHINE” signs around her is like, an incredible image as we reach the end of Pride Month, it makes my gay little heart so fucking happy.

You want to slow down time? Take care of a newborn until they are about 3 months old. Longest 3 months of my life (twice). Obviously, Logistically it would be tough to keep this on a repeating cycle.

“Maybe Air Canada can look into compensating for some therapy.”

My last apartment was owned by a person (not an apartment complex), and he didn’t raise my rent, and this was in a major metro area where rents are high. I think its because I was a really good tenant - easygoing, clean, responsive. So if you’re a good tenant, that can be an incentive for the landlord to keep the rent

I haven’t had the same experience. Smart landlords will not raise the rent on good tenants. I’m certain that this varies wildly depending on the market you’re in, but if I had someone who paid the rent on time every month, wasn’t a pain in the ass, and didn’t destroy the property, I’d want to hold onto them as long as
