Yup, I was 100% up to date. Like I said, I think this is more of an iTunes beta issue on Snow Leopard instead of something more serious. I guess I'll find out on the 18th if this carries over to the stable iTunes release.

You can either wait until the 18th, or do a spotlight search for Library.itl . iTunes does do itl backups and there might be one dated right before the install.

Downgrade back to iTunes 11.0.5 and iOS 6.1.4 and wait until the 18th. This is most likely an issue with iTunes beta and not with iOS7
