Lol. I actually always used to consult my mom for her whipped cream recipe when I would try to make it in college, like the specific ratio of cream to sugar, until I got the hang of doing it by eyeball/taste.

Personally I would not butter it, butter and avocados don’t go well together imo and it would negate the health factor. But I do know people who add almond butter.

You do need to add other stuff. Right? Powdered sugar at least? And vanilla if you want it fancy. I don’t think I’ve ever had unsweetened whipped cream, is it good?
