I don’t get why anyone would want to watch these films. You want to know what happened? Listen to a podcast or watch a documentary.

It’s kind of amazing when you think about how times have changed. I can stream virtually every song ever written for $12 a month, and now read comics I would never have been able to even find a copy of a few years ago.

Yes, I nearly gave up on the show after this. It wasn’t Oberyn death as much as the horrific nature of it. God, I hated the Reek stuff. Every time they cut back to Theon and Ramsay I winced. The show got a bit close to torture porn at that point I think. (That said, I did like the actor’s performance of Ramsay - he was so gleeful in his evil!)

Actually, I can’t think of anything before that, but I feel like it must have been done before. Though I meant Lost World and other films that did it earlier than Transformers.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. Maybe they meant “credited” in an unofficial sense? ie, he is being credited with directing the movie, even if officially he didn’t? Either way, Spike from Press Gang is doing OK.

I think that’s true, but they screwed it up either way.

Seconded for Enemy, though not sure I’d call it a horror movie. I’m not sure what I’d call it, but it’s a great film.
