Yeah that’s not true, I use google voice to do VOIP calling and don’t use hangouts at all.  You don’t need hangouts to do VOIP on either a cellphone or a desktop computer.  

I don’t understand why people can’t just wear something off the rack by these same designers. I guess I just can’t relate to the experience, if I go to the store and there are no clothes which fit me there I would just go somewhere else.
