no, no matter where you are (in america) the vast majority of dirt bikes that are manufactured, sold and owned by people are not street legal. That doesn’t mean street legal dirt bikes don’t exist.

because I have to drive my ass 8 blocks out of the way to get home everyday, even if I desperately have to go to the bathroom or get to the end of the block realize I forgot something in the morning. And because, when I back out of the drive way I don’t even look in the direction those fucking cars are coming from…
