my pleasure.
my pleasure.
it isn't when you're arguing against an injunction. They are not using "we havent sold many" as an argument against the infringement, only the injunction. Since a preliminary injunction is granted as relief to protect the plaintiff from irrecoverable/irreparable damages if the device continues to be sold.
that issue is for the actual trial. When lawyers argue injunctions, especially preliminary injunctions, the primary reason for granting an injunction is relief to the plaintiff, because they believe that between now and the trial (when it will actually be decided whether it infringes or not), continued sales of the…
ouch. I almost switched to verizon for that phone when it was first teased, i'm so glad/lucky I waited.
excellent, so a hackintosh lenovo x1 carbon FTW
Your assesment that it runs better than your macbook air, is interesting to me, because aside from this case, i've noticed that for some reason my MAC runs low on juice much quicker when on windows, even with less things happening, than on OS X with more stuff happening. This isn't a scientific observation, just a…
indeed. epic party!
only the compressed mobile version of those sites, not optimized for tablet browsing. When you site to the full site both of them still rely exclusively on flash unfortunately.
According to this in-depth reporting, i can only assume it was because crack paraphernalia was discovered while the lawyers went through the routine security pat-down, including a Howitzer glass crack pipe, 4 rocks, a gram of coke, and half a baggy of some grade-A kush, which was accidentally left inside the legal…
yes, that is what i use from time to time. It's definitely decent, not full web experience though, but good enough. It's just a pain when you have open tabs, and are browsing and then have to duck in and out of apps every time you want to watch a video.
Al Jazeera uses flash too unfortunately, CNN is a relatively balanced source for local US information ( what with election season and all), a focus i dont think that ranks too highly on Al-Jazeera, they are mostly for rest-of-the-world news. They are pretty good though, i agree.
SSSHhh.. we dont want everyone knowing that their are other sites out there...
you are not making any sense, first of all i am just one person not "any of you". Your comment about Adobe agreeing with "us" is also puzzling, because the question asked wasn't "do you like flash?", but "what do you use flash for?" and apparently whether I like it or not doesn't matter, sites like ESPN, CNN and even…
yeah, i'm not the one using flash on their sites, tell that to CNN. I just want the videos to work.
It's only a problem if you use desktop mode (which i use a lot, especially on tablets), in which case most of those sites are not optimized for html5, including cnn, bbc, espn, even the verge.
some would say the ability to actually WATCH a video trumps "finger browsing" for functionality. In which case, if you utilize the pinch-to-zoom effectively, i have not found any loss of "finger browsing" ability.
As for windows phone devices... at their current state, i wouldn't hold my breath on having any major support "waiting" for them, to adopt a system.
don't feel too sorry... they probably don't care.
The scar is actually almost universal, and pretty characteristic of an intradermal bcg, its often used as proof of prior immunization. but perhaps newer techniques have improved this.
