Coming from the UK and living in South Africa, it is normal to have a front number plate. I have been in a bunch of african countries and they all required one. Here you get a fat fine for not displaying a plate. Most of our speed cameras work from the front so that you can sometimes ID the driver.

Has anyone had any experience with the dry ice cleaning. They use dry ice insted of water, so there is no problems with dampness.
