James Woods doesn’t think a 24 year old dating a 17 year old is bad. He thinks a 24 year old guy dating a 17 year old guy is bad.

I actually love that judge is being called out as an example of miscarried justice in law textbooks. His legacy is now permanently tarnished. I hope he thinks it was worthwhile to protect that disgusting piece of trash, Brock.

This was the opposite of one of the verses of Alanis Morissette’s “Ironic.” Very nice!

While it sucks that he got a ridiculously light sentence from a judge who coddles white boy rapists (I suspect he would not be so lenient with a black athlete accused of a violent crime.), it’s nice that he will now literally be a textbook definition of rape.

Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving guy!

This warms the cockles of my heart. This is a mug of cocoa on a snowy day. This is a close parking spot at a Target. This is a holiday with nothing to do but sleep in and binge-watch Netflix. This is hitting the Costco just when they have a ton of free samples out. This is a complimentary side dish in your takeout

One of the great moments of any semester is when one of the youths, bolstered by the confidence and ignorance of the aforementioned youth and complete lack of background research, decides to tell me about their invention that will change the world. Much, much more often than

I don’t have a problem with vending machines or having them in more places. My problem is more with this actual pitch for trying on purpose to get rid of bodegas and acting like their idea is this new amazing thing when really it’s something that’s always existed.

99% of tech startups now-a-days are just fancy versions of things that already exist.

CONGRATULATIONS, ASSHOLES, YOU INVENTED THE VENDING MACHINE.

Because vending machines are so reasonably priced and filled with variety?

Good for her.

Oh god I agree 110%. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve felt like strangling somebody when they’ve used that term because they simply didn’t like something being reported.
