I was talking about realtors.

I can imagine a version of this at a gas station in Japan in 20 years.

They seem to have a good racket going ... for themselves, that is

The Ridgeline isn’t perfect, but based on driving one around a bit, I think it does these things better than a Tacoma:

@ddublee I used to be the one on the internet who would tell anyone who would listen about the magic of “driving a slow car fast” and “simplify and add lightness,” and so forth. Then I owned a BRZ for 1.5 years. It was loud. It felt much slower than it looks in paper. The “torque dip” is infuriating. It is fun on

A bit can be on or off. A byte or pixel consists of 8 bits, which can have 2^8 = 256 values. So, humans are not like bits(on or off), but we are somewhat like bytes (many possible values).

I think you need a certain level of density and congestion for trains to make sense. In Manhattan, if the streets were clear of traffic and there were plenty of parking, I doubt most people would take the subway.

Typo: I meant to say a lot of corporate offices *are* near the train stations

If I want to go from San Jose to San Francisco during peak morning rush hour, I can spend 1h10m on the train, or I can spend 2 hours in the car. I don’t think everyone on the train had a fundamental shift in thinking; they just did the math.

There is a big mall around here that has big lines in and out of the parking garage. I always find street parking a block away.

Ford: We will no longer build sedans

I think the best supra might actually be the 240i.

It’s not David Tracy. It’s ... David Tracy’s Portlandia cousin.

The D in P100D is for dual-motor.

You might argue that this isn’t a car. But, the proposed Toyota Land Cruiser isn’t a traditional car either; it is an SUV. Falcon Heavy is quite fast, and therefore it is sporty. Falcon Heavy can carry many things and therefore has utility. Thus, Falcon Heavy and the Land Cruiser are both Sport Utility Vehicles.

two words

You mean there are people who don’t estimate their autocross times by listening to “Derezzed” during each lap

They cost about three dollars, so you should buy one!

I just learned that the Niva came in a few other configurations...

That checks out. The one person I know who has an i3 is an art school graduate.
