Right but it was designed and engineered over 20 years ago...I'm not really sure what the 20 years is referring to, I took it to mean that the engine was "from", or designed in the last 20 years. Could be wrong though.

I read in some places some were sold and used as trade show cars since typically they spent all their effort and time on installing 200 TVs and speakers into them next to that blender and aquarium, while ignoring the engine that only ran on 3 cylinders on a good day and steering that was more like a boat tiller.
