The RS3 has the I5 from the TTRS, so maybe in FndrStrat’s Dreamland the 2020 Golf R will have that same 5-cylinder.

I never understood the hate for the Eos. It’s a nice basic but premium feeling convertible, and it could be had with the GTI engine and DSG. What’s not to like?

If she was living in the U.S. I’d agree that she has no excuse. I can absolutely see a piece of mail like that not making it across the ocean to her.

Doubly so if that loaner is federally required to be free of charge.

I agree with you, carmakers were too late to the maps game and should just offer Android Auto/Apple CarPlay integration. I got a touchscreen head unit for my GTI that doesn’t have navigation, but has CarPlay. I use Apple Maps, and honestly it’s just fine. The voice guidance through Siri is easy enough to understand
