That was a really comprehensive and thorough breakdown of what I was getting at, thank you.

Seriously, I can’t believe loneliness was half the article’s focus. I suppose I shouldn’t expect anything more from this garbage web site.

This article talks a lot about loneliness before touching on income inequality, finally in paragraph 12. Why aren’t millennials and Gen Z as happy as older people? Because they can’t afford things, their pay is lower, their expenses are higher, and they feel like they’re living through a slow-walked apocalypse while

It’s not whataboutism when it’s on topic. Death threats are death threats, and I’m pointing to the answer why they’re still used by some - because there’s a problem when people/media differentiate that sometimes they’re bad and sometimes they turn a blind eye to them to further the wave of hate instead of saying

And half of those comments framed their word vomit as ‘criticism.’ Double standards are hilarious.

1) Check out this article on Kotaku:

People who scoff at the notion that both parties serve their own interests always make me laugh.

The public have been paying close attention to the actions of the powerful a lot more lately. Watching the entire Biden administration parrot Israel’s lies then turn their backs on the vocal public and further support their genocide in Gaza not only highlighted that they, like the GOP, don’t care about the American

Why does the use of AI to clean up a muddy track bother people more than the previous technologies that was used to clean up tracks? AI seems to do it better, but it’s not new that engineers tweak and adjust audio tracks to create a better sound. There’s so much handwringing over the “AI Song,” but it really isn’t

What the absolute fuck was this article? The song is good enough, the images were sweet and melancholy and probably made Ringo and Paul happy to at least for a moment feel like they were playing with old friends again. Even if it isn’t the case. What a piece of clickbait trash this article is.

YouTube existed for decades (2005) without running ads. What changed? And how is that my problem?

I wonder if they’ll ban the tiny Asians assembling their phones from wearing leather shoes.

Just wish it had like 3 more weeks in the oven. Feel like with like 2 more patches it’ll be more or less good to go. Which makes it such a shame that less than a months worth of very fixable problems put such a black mark on the launch.

But yeah. Basically as soon as I finished it, I started NG+ on Grandmaster with the

You’re missing the OP’s point.  If the union pushes for tipping at all instead of pushing pay increases from the employer,  it’s to the benefit of the employer, thus helping the rich stay rich.

Wow Luke, you wrote a semi-competent article about a video game congrats! Didn’t know you had it in you pal.

I think the key to reading up on builds or whatever is to not get lost in the weeds. There are a lot of details about mechanics you may not need to actually understand to successfully use a build or some hard to get artifact you can skip if you aren’t going for the ultimate min/max and just want to get through your

Yeah, same here. Tried Elden Ring and almost beat the first boss several times but failed.. just kind of broke me but it’s also the game I’ve thought about most in 2022, and 100% of that thinking was positive. So beautiful and well designed.

I’ve never played any of them, not because I don’t think I could finish them, but because I hate having my time wasted. Making me slog 10 minutes from a checkpoint to get to the boss only to have it one shot me for the nth time is not my idea of challenge, and they’re notorious for that kind of stuff.

This is what frustrates me.  I want a game that offers the same level of character building and world exploration.  But I want it without bosses that have tens of thousands of health that only take 100 damage per attack and expects me to have 8 perfectly timed dodges in the span on 1.5 seconds.
