She said it wasn't her place, not that it wasn't her job. She only recently met Barb, and though they have things in common, they don't have the shared past that Russ has with Barb; she can tell her to remember the good times, but she can't relive them with her the way Russ can. And she probably felt they weren't yet

I see what you did there.

It seemed thicker in this episode than in previous, at least in most scenes.

Not the main plot, but that point was addressed in that final NICU scene (voiceover).

DylEmma is one of the most perfect name mash-ups ever, memorable & accurately descriptive.

Do you mean "cutoff dungarees?"

"If she was out of the firm already…
That's where I'm still confused. I thought everyone was in agreement that the exit package was void, being hinged on her being elected; it was as if she never left. How did they oust her, and doesn't an exit package still have to be negotiated?

I'm a little surprised to see no mention, either in the article or the comments before now, of the scene referencing The Onion.

I was typing my comment as you were, great minds.

I thought his selling space to Pied Piper on the billboards he owns was a pretty shrewd move, enough so that I was a little surprised at how little he had grown his fortune. Ted Turner got his start by inheriting the family billboard business, I wonder if that was an intentional reference.

Kumail/Dinesh's take on that was, for me, the best. Not only was his depiction of the full mouth smile hilarious, the accompanying furry caterpillar dance going on on his forehead had me in stitches.

But they captioned new Phil as "Phil 2."

If Helena hadn't gone to such a shitty parochial school, she would know that scorpions are not insects.

It's hilarious that you think you can determine people's ages from their level of expressed outrage..

And since they're only reviewing an episode a week of a series that is already completed, there's no rush to publish without proofreading.

Seeing a bus stop poster for "American Crime" (which features Lili Taylor) just prior to Rapaport's appearance was an ironic coincidence(?).

I absolutely agree that it would be, just not that that was why he (Rapaport) did it. I see it a lot on various shows, even from characters that are supposed to be good at their jobs and should know better.

"Another testament to Lenny’s professionalism: When Louie opens the door, he barges in with his gun drawn…" With his finger wrapped around the trigger, no less. That really made me cringe, because I don't think that was a choice by Rapaport, but an unfamiliarity with safe gun-handling procedures. Even though the

I thought in this episode he looked a lot like Gordon Clapp (who's more than 20 years his senior).

I wonder if she had to take a restraining order out against him, too.
