I’m not sure how many stuck around all the way through the credits, but the WB theme music was played on a Japanese string instrument this week.

Slightly incoherent, but I was trying to say that her memory of that conversation establishes a timeframe, so I’m guessing the death of Farouk happen[s|ed] about a week after David’s confided in past Syd.
My guess would be that future Syd knows when David confides in past Syd that he had talked to her.
Making a new car creates as much carbon pollution as driving it, so in addition to having that extra money to spend without a payment, it’s easier on the environment.
Anyone that saw Odette Annable as Nola on Banshee knows that she knows how to do fight scenes well.
According to the closed captioning, the muisc playing in the bar where Darlene & Dom were drinking was performed by none other than Joey Bada$$ a.k.a. Leon. I doubt this has any plot significance, but you never know.
I’m originally from AL as well, and was home for a week earlier this month, and my observation was similar to yours. While the Trump supporters are still quite visible, I don’t think I saw a Moore campaign sign or sticker anywhere, and signs in support of Jones were visible and numerous. There’s a distinct possibility…
While it would be a positive thing to cast Shohreh Aghdashloo no matter what, the fact that she also appeared in “The Expanse,” which also featured Thomas Jane, who once played The Punisher, nicely completes the circuit.
Not specifically, but she has exhibited other behaviors that has previously caused the comments section to theorize that she’s a budding sociopath. I think the episode where her pet died had some examples (my retention of details is a little lacking, but a general impression has been building).
I was going to make this same point if someone hadn’t already. Frankie’s OCD has already been alluded to, and Duke has already been portrayed as a little off. Adding an institutionalized aunt adds to that argument, along with the fact that there’s no such thing as ghosts.
Could it be part of her OCD, a routine she feels compelled to complete?
A four day old article, and only a single comment. I don’t think it’s even worth the cancerAIDS to post.
I’m pretty sure that Reed’s job is not working for Sentinel Services, but occasionally with them. He mentions they are a Federal agency, I got the impression that Reed is a local Atlanta prosecutor (he points out that contacting the District Attorney won’t do any good, this situation is way outside his jurisdiction to…
While I know that The Tomorrow People probably got many/most of its ideas from the X-men, I still was reminded of TPP’s secret HQ. And the mutant guard who was giving the serious side-eye gave me a bit of a Nightbreed vibe.
I’m glad someone mentioned The Unit. Of course, it had the benefit of being created by David Mamet, and co-executive produced by Shawn Ryan. These new shows don’t have nearly as strong a pedigree.
Doug Benson’s version is better: http://douglovesmovies.wikia.com/wiki/How_Much_Did_This_Shit_Make%3F
I’m surprised Jimmy Cross, or his estate, didn’t sue them:
I’d been watching, though I think I’m out after the last episode.
Ruth Negga would look freakin’ awesome in a dress made from a burlap sack.
Did you watch it when it aired? If you didn’t watch it until years later, on DVD, it probably couldn’t have had the same impact.
