WHOA WHOA WHOA.....strong words there

I test drove one with a manual, and the engine was very dissappointing. It felt coarse and very unrefined. You’d think it had 30 less lb-ft than advertised with how unwilling it was to haul the Forrester up to speed. With every press of the accelerator the engine moaned at you as if in pain. I couldn’t drive that

I miss Plymouth ^

My first car was an auto because it was a hand-me-down. My 4 cars after that, including my current two (Miata + TSX) were all manual. My next car will likely be a new VW Alltrack with a manual. I live in NJ near Philadelphia, so I’m not in a rural area. It’s just something I enjoy.

This guy advertises

If you read the article it clearly states the 75 MHz band of the 5.9 GHz spectrum which is reserved for this sort of system by the FCC.

It’s just a retro styled TW200 with FI...wait that’s actually kind of awesome.

I’ve got a 2008 TSX 6MT as my daily. Bought it cheap with 130K miles 3 years ago. Still going strong at 175K miles now. Would do it again.

How about a Golf Sportwagen S 4MOTION with 6 speed manual? The 1.8T responds very well to tuning, and even stock is no slouch with ~199 lb-ft. The manual transmission models will be on dealer lots very soon and it’s only $25K new MSRP.

The Kawasaki Versys X 300: announced about the same time this article was published. Japan’s BMW G310 GS, but with spoked wheels and rocking the 313cc twin from the Ninja 300.

Can confirm. 6' 1" with an NC PRHT and I know it’s time for a haircut when it starts hitting the inside of the roof.

The soft-top might spare a little more room, and there are some mods to lower the seat a little, but it’s not ideal for tall folks.

NC PRHT owner here and I agree. My biggest issue with the RF is the lack of openness with the top down. Sure it looks good with the top up, but I want to drive it, not look at it.

I’m one of those dozen or so weirdos! I’ll likely snag one of these in S or SE trim with a manual sometime in 2017.

+1 for a 2ZZ swapped W30

170 HP @ 11K RPM would be 81 lb-ft of torque.

GC = Grand Cherokee

FOR GREAT JUSTICE!

My friend actually tried to order a 2013 Fusion 1.6T manual. The dealer placed the order but Ford refused to fulfill it since the Fusion was near the end of production for 2013 models. He ended up with a Mazda6 instead.

Can confirm: attempting to sell on an enthusiast forum first is the best way to go.

That NSX wheel actually looks pretty good for a 90's airbag wheel.
