It definitely isn’t cheap. There was a Rich Rebuilds video where he had to take most of the front-end apart just to replace a turbo oil screen somewhere in the engine. This is a part that needs to be changed periodically and is apparently a major design flaw with the 4.0 engine.

It won’t be cheap to maintain, but keeping in front of things should keep you out of “omg what have I done” territory. I went a reluctant ND as I think it’s just a little high.
