Looks suspect to me.
Looks suspect to me.
At any given moment, anywhere in the house, I can look around and probably see one, crawling on a window, dead on the floor, whatever. A couple of weeks ago they went absolutely nuts here in NJ, covering the sunny side of the house. And yet for obvious reasons, you can’t just squash them.
All true, but the C4 was a huge step away from the embarrassment of the late-stage C3.
True, and the ’63 is a dream garage car for me. But 20 years later, the world had left the Corvette in the dust.
I’ve never understood the hate for the C4. Maybe the styling overcorrected a bit from the caricature that the C3 had become. But it was the first Corvette that really tried to be a world-class sportscar. This one looks to be NP if it has no major issues.
All the usual questions about a vehicle that likely sat for a loooong time somewhere in its life. If...IF...it checks out, and given we’re still in crazy times (my son just had to replace a car, it’s as bad as you’ve heard), this price might stand. But I highly doubt it. ND.
He is getting mocked mercilessly and realizing he made a terrible, terrible mistake.
In the great Freaks and Geeks, there a bit where lead geek Sam gets snookered by some guy in one of the mall shops. He buys a “Parisian night suit” and wears it proudly to school.
A bit rich for an an aughts GM product. And I’ve never seen the back seat in one of these. That is borderline 4-seat convertible useless.
That was by the Fiat house band, Rusty Bucket & the Tinworms.
Looks like a nice blank canvas for a project that could go in any direction. But the price is in some weird place between blank canvas and finished painting. ND.
Define “close,” Mr. Seller. I’ll be staying far away. Sad ND.
How did I, a child of the ’70s, not know of this? Clearly the streets of my New Jersey suburb were never graced with one of these.
Luxuriate decadently in our not-a-Cadillac!
These were the ones that flickered on and off randomly.
Hard for me to be objective, as I had an ’07 Legacy (in much humbler spec) that didn’t age well. ND from me at this price, but I could be wrong.
Make it look like this and they might have something.
The French, always ahead of their time, tested a primitive precursor to Tesla’s Smart Summon feature. The throttle settings proved problematic.
In this market, you have to be ready to forgive a bit of ugly if you really need some wheels. This is more ugly than I could ever forgive. I’ll walk to the Golden Corral, thank you.
This reminds me of the ’90 Olds Calais we got as a hand-me-down from my in-laws. About the same mileage, a completely unremarkable car, meticulously kept. The little blind spot mirrors just scream “old guy who changed the oil every 3,000 miles.” Intriguing that this even exists in such pristine condition, but $7,800?…
