I don’t think you’ve ever driven any of the cars I have mentioned... if you had you clearly would not say something like that... How does a 10500 rpm 4wd or fwd 700kg car being the one reason why Japan created the 64hp limit for keicars into place sounds to you? Because that’s the Alto RS-R and RS-X.

Oh, one more thing, it’s worth noting Suzuki rated the 64hp of the Cappuccino to the wheels... Honda did not.

Yeah keep it in your dreams as a dream... Don’t drive it... honestly. Don’t. This car is textbook definition of “Don’t meet your heroes”.

The AZ-1 is barely slower than the Cappuccino, only due to gearing that is slightly longer... Both car have the same F6A-Turbo engine. The Beat is by far the slowest...

Both cars have the same F6A engine... The AZ-1 was developed and built entirely by Suzuki. The Mazda-Autozam badge is just a badge... they haven’t done anything. Thinking about it, I don’t think they’ve ever built a keicar of their own actually.

There are many more sports kei than the ABC... Also the AZ-1 sucks... The Subaru Vivio RX-R (KK4, the 4wd ones) is up there among my favorite ones... The Minica Dangan ZZ4 which I have one right now is damn cool too... Then you got the the Alto RS-R and RS-X, the Mira TR-XX Avenzato which are awesome too... GREAT cars.

I know both cars really well and I’ve always considered the Beat to be very much unadapted to north american roads... Even with cars I am selling, I tend to recommend the Cappuccino to americans. You have to think that the Beat, albeit sounding awesome, is a VERY slow car. It’s utterly torque less and the gearing

I can get you one if you want.... I sell quite a few... just saying ;)

Yeah it was tight... Had to put the ramps as close as possible toward each other, at some angle to get the tires on... It was REALLY close. But it fit.

I bought it in Sierra Vista, AZ ;)

I’ve imported 8 or 9 cars into Japan... All of them classics. 8% taxes at import, and that’s it...

I bought a Nash Metropolitan a while back in Arizona, which I shipped back to Japan... I trailered it and the one thing people don’t think about when buying such a car: it doesn’t really fit on regular U-Haul trailers! It was SUPER tight and I got lucky that it fitted, half of each tire was in the air on the ramps.

I bought a good running Miata with a hardtop for 800$ at auction a year ago or so...

In the same vain, but better, I recommend Børning, a norwegian film that was actually kind of cool to watch :)

This is my JDM only 12a-turbo RE-Amemiya that I daily... 90000km.... and I’m jealous!

Charade would have been fun... utterly dumb because it’s anything but suited for F1 cars, but well, it’d have been fun :)

Russia and NK have always considered each others allies...

It never came with a 1.3L from the factory. It’s a F6A engine, the same as in the Suzuki Cappuccino but with the car geared differently.

Also I’m not sure what you’re talking about with that 1.3L thing from a Swift... This car has the original engine in it.
