I don’t really have a problem with Warren getting the DNA test. I am confused about why it’s top-page news on every news site right now. Did real people actually care about this? Were there still some people on the fence about whether our president is a bigoted misogynistic liar? 

How is that in any way reasonable? He doesn’t work for President Trump. If he believes that Trump and other Republicans’ direction is wrong, then he should be hanging on for dear life and opposing them with what power he still has. If I have power, and I believe that other people with power are inflicting harm on others, my conscience would not in any way compel to abandon what power I have. I honestly don’t understand that line of reasoning.

I don’t think it’s so much actual legitimate fear as it is propaganda priming the base for the next step. They are openly dehumanizing liberals now — just like the Hutus did to the Tutsis, the Nazis to Jews, etc.
