Notice how McCain and other concern trolls in the media will focus almost entirely on the label and not the substance. When substance is brought up, they will deflect as quickly as possible to the label, and to Venezuela, and to anything other than the actual policies and ideas being proposed.

Evidence: Right now on her Twitter feed, she’s doing the thing where she ignores substantive rebuttals of her shitty column to focus on tweets that personally insult her with quips like, “Liberals are so tolerant,” like all these pseudo-intellectual cons do.

They’re perfectly fine with fire insurance, so long as it’s provided by a private entity. But publicly funded fire departments are the devil’s work.

Her Twitter feed is exactly what you think it is, as well. It’s a frothy mix of horrible logic and blatant projection, including at least one gem about the “cognitive dissonance of Trump haters ...”

A better analogy would be the German Nazis and the Italian Fascists from 80-90 years ago, where conservatives quickly ceded power to a charismatic leader with a large support base of angry, ignorant racists because “he was better than the communists” and would be easily controlled.

It fascinates me that someone rejects those “easily accepted” and seemingly common sense morals concerning basic human decency to continue clinging to the very primitive idea that one person deserves to possess billions of dollars in assets while thousands suffer in poverty.
