That’s a pretty generous interpretation, considering this law was conceived and passed exclusively by Jim Jordan Republicans. 

Huh? It is not a reasonable expectation, at all, that redhat cops would arrest her for some ridiculously minor infraction of a rarely enforced law. That’s why this is a story in the first place — because that is not reasonable and is wholly unacceptable.
