I can only imagine what car insurance for a teen will be in 5-10 years when the numbers start catching up with the insurance companies. High horsepower cars, high vehicle replacement costs, more and more lawsuits. Kids today might want to hope for self driving cars, because they might not be able to afford to do it

Is this really worthy of a contest, let alone media coverage?

If musk was actually serious about it there’s be a poll on X right now.

Some sort of K-5 blazer like thing, but not quite as big as the originals and with an EV powertrain. And removable top, of course.

Couple of things — if I survived driving something like that for 91,000 miles — or Km, which it might be — I’d buy a lottery ticket.

All of you that are OK with vandals going after these cars — private property being operated legally — will surely be OK with protesters damaging your own personal vehicles when they decide you’ve parked wrong, are blocking an intersection, or are just creating too much traffic in their neighborhoods, right?

I’m not entirely sure. I could see the stock market cratering and taking a lot of their wealth and retirement finds with it. Or I could see them losing medicare benefits. I wouldn’t even be surprised if the GOP found ways to moreor less steal from retirement accounts.

Can we just edit that headline to correctly read “Trump Presidency will be bad for everyone”?

If you think driving a Cybertruck rushed to production and held together with duct tape and prayers is a crazy idea, have fun winding your roadster up to 200mph. Make sure the GOPro is on and recording when you try it.

About five years ago I was walking my dog on a beautiful spring day and a thought popped into my mind: “I’m genuinely happy. I have a decent job, savings, a great wife, a little sailboat and a dog. There’s nothing else I want in life.”

I just can’t help but think that if Elon had focused on building an affordable EV for the masses, actually promoted a green agenda, supported the politicians and buyers that see the value in EVs, and built out a for-profit nationwide charging network for all, man... Tesla would absolutely OWN the EV market and the

To me, these Vipers are like one of those roadside steakhouse challenges where if you can eat the 144oz steak in one sitting it’s free, otherwise it’s $149.99. It seems like a good, fun idea at the time, and your “friends” will likely cheer you on, but about a third of a way into the meal/drive you’re kind of sick to

And why did they have to photoshop wheels on the Nebraska car? It’s so badly don't that the front looks like it’s got a broken tie-rod.

He’d just appeal any parking or speeding tickets to the Supreme Court.

Wait, leather seats in a 2011 Focus? Really?

Considering how enthusiastic Americans are about shooting at drones, this ought to take the sport to a whole new level. And I might advise not wearing all white and a black hat when visiting Florida; you’d just be asking for it.

He could just tool around the streets here in SWFL and blend in with all the other octagenarians in their Corvettes. He’d be perfectly safe, unless some blue hair in her beige Lexus rammed him while coming home from the 4:00 happy hour.

Looks like an angry clothespin to me. Probably fun to ride, like a Vespa or similar. Just wouldn’t want my friends to see me on it.

Am I the only one bothered by the fact that the flag hanging in their shop is displayed backwards? (As seen in the F150 pic)

The same people that buy Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Corvettes, Porsches, etc -- people that want to be seen and feel special.
