So, are you honestly upset that that bad guys aren’t only white dudes? Really?

Top 5 RPG of all time. Fight me.
Take everything ‘good’ away from RPO and you have Armada. It is complete, 100% gutter trash. And I kinda liked (the book) RPO.
It’s a vastly different AC game, for what it’s worth. More complex combat, huge world, and the hawk is a great tool. I played it to story completion and almost 100%, but I felt like the game REALLY went off the rails at the end and left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
No, it was pretty bad. Rewatched it recently and it doesn’t hold up. Kareem’s blinking dead body, the OBVIOUSLY fake corn, and the uneven casting make it seem more like a fan film than a big-budget ‘perfect’ telling of an imperfect story.
I enjoyed RPO for what it was, and was actually looking forward to Armada.
Right with you. I really enjoyed RPO and was looking forward to Armada.
Am I the only person who thinks American Gods is MASSIVELY overrated, both the novel and the series?
You cannot call a movie bad unless you’ve seen it, and there’s really no way around it. You are calling something that you have not experienced bad, which you legitimately cannot do. Still confused?
Except less than 25% of critics liked 50 Shades and almost 80% have recommended RPO. Except for that, they’re EXACTLY the same.
Completely agree. I enjoyed the book for what it was (but on second read it was godawful) and found the huge changes to the story and literally everything else different to be very, very welcome changes. Highly recommended, both for fans and detractors of the book. Classic Spielberg adventurism.
Why not both? That’s what I took away from it.
Seriously, don’t judge the movie by the book. It is honestly one of the furthest book to movie deviations I have seen in a long time, in that only the characters (the high 5), villains (IOI), and overarching plot (Oasis, Easter Egg) survived. Every challenge is different. How they interact is different. But best of…
“But it’s still not a good movie”
Enjoyed the book for what it was and saw the movie last night.
I’ve got Good Girl pics, too. ‘Cept she’s not named Boomer.
I’ve got my own Boomer at home. Much worse in a firefight unless you need someone licked to death.
DoFP is the only Singer movie I’ve ever actually enjoyed, and I think it’s because he rode so tightly to Vaughn’s coattails. I’ve been an X-Men fan my entire life, and I thought X1-3 were atrocious. I had such low expectations for First Class that I was blown away by what Vaughn pulled off. The fact that Vaughn wrote…
No, it covers every issue of the series. No cliffhangers. Completely contained and finished.
Yeah, but it’s still leagues better than Alpcalypse, even if you didn’t like DoFP.
