Something that happens that doesn’t minorly affect a few characters, but actually pushes forward the overarching story. The White Walkers actually coming. Daenerys moving from that damned city and doing something. It just seems like things happen now more for shock value than actually carrying a story forward.

All in all, I love LOST. One of my favorite shows ever, but most of the critique is warranted. But, to me, this show has gleefully jumped off the cliff. Wedding? Rape. Another wedding? Murder the groom. Oh, you like that character? Kill ‘em. And repeat, ad nauseum. (Seriously, 5 weddings and 2 ended with the bride

Hey, I like flawed shows. All in all, I loved LOST (even the end). My criticism comes from the fact that they seem to have lost their rudder (honestly, Jon or Daenerys is going to sit on the throne, right?) and are just sitting in their ship waiting to get to their destination. And me, as a viewer, will watch it

To me, the show is now slow, plodding confusion interspersed with orgies of violence. As beautiful as the orgies are, it’s getting to the point the boredom vastly overshadows the exciting.

Anymore, you can say that 99% of the scenes have no logical reason to exists. This show has lost its way more than, well, LOST did back in the day. I hope the smoke monster gets to sit on the throne. :/

Yeah, I buried about a dozen chickens over 2 nights, then a week later my old goat Gruff died of old age. Less than 48 hours after that, his partner of over a decade died of what I can only assume was a broken heart. I’m down to one goat, a mule, and my (rescue) donkey. They’re all getting up there in age and I don’t

Same here. I have been raising chicken for the past 8 or so years, mainly for eggs, but you start to appreciate their own little eccentricities and personalities more than you would think you would for chickens. More amazing is that am egg from a TRUE free range, running around, insect eating, rooster persterized

True, but they sure as hell can lock you out of all your games. And don’t start with pirated or cracked games, since they’re illegal. You can do the same with consoles.

If you are testing a game, you most likely have some form of special console, or signed a contract saying they can do this.

The people testing this game (and most games) do not legally own their consoles. It’s like a work truck. You can use it all you want, take it out one the weekends, and essentially treat it as your property, but if you wreck it or get fired it goes back to the employer. These people broke their NDA, system is bricked.

If you don’t think Steam or Origin can dothe same thing, I want to live where you live. I believe you call it Fantasyland?

Remember that article you posted about a week ago how it’s okay to troll.

I don’t play Madden anymore myself, but my transient friend comes over frequently and plays if on my xbox once or twice a week. Now, like I said, I don’t play it but I’ve seen a lot of Madden played online in the lasy few years. I’ve never seen a more poorly designed multiplayer experience possibly ever. The exploits

Loaned my friend my copy of Phantasy Star IV on the Genesis and he had it for years. Lost touch with said friend. Decided on a whim to call his old house and get back in touch, and more than a little of the reason was to get my game back.

Mass Effect 2 release. I was the only person at my local Gamestop who had preordered it, and so they would not be having a Midnight release. I politely reminded the store manager, Heath I believe, of how much money I spent at this particular location (Seriously, I was in my early 20s with a 100% disposable 40k income.

But not the tip.

What I’m ‘getting at’ is mechanics that are universally accepted as OP are not such because of people whining, but rather they become exploits. Game designers don’t generally like exploits, so they patch them out. You started by saying people that say something is OP are whiners; I’m showing you proof thats not the

And as soon as those exploits get patched, you suck at the game.

Exploiting a flaw is not smart it’s *gasp* exploiting. In games like this, there’s always a give and take. Faster characters are weaker. Slower characters are stronger. There are instances where too much give and not enought take occur and it’s overpowered.

No, it’s not. It’s the reason. That games (fighting games, too) get patched. Kung-Jin’s overhead 2 has the longest reach in the game aside from Ferra/Torr’s, but theirs is much slower.
