Here’s a strategy which uses the principles of nonviolent communication, that you could read up on, if you want. Don’t talk about him. Talk about you: tell him that you are scared, because smoking is unhealthy and you love him. Tell him you are worried. Tell him you are running out of ideas what to do in this

Her parents must have been special cookies too. (which doesn’t excuse her from not trying to lead a less bullshitty life)

It made me want to stuff a copy of Michael Pollan’s “In Defence of Food” down her throat. Maybe shred it first if I’m feeling nice. Seriously, these people who make food into some kind of Fashion HyperScience.

How would that help, in the long term? How would killing them make us happier people, make her family cope better, make society safer? Sure, they should never be free to live among others again, but killing them - really? :(

This line of thinking makes me sad. I don’t believe that anyone can be evil to the core and a sane human being at the same time; there are evil acts that arise out of fear and hatred, but no whole person is “just evil”, born that way. As for the really crazy psychopaths (which these two might be, I don’t know), they

Dude, I just got on my laptop (where I am logged on) just to find this comment and reply. I haven’t laughed so hard in days. I woke up my husband who is sick and now grumpy at me. I liked all the other entries too but your results are just insanely funny.

I know, they’re beggin’ for a slappin’

Arguing with them will only ever make them more scared anway. The only way to help most of these insecure dullards is to treat them like kittens: pet them, show them everything is gonna be okay and then teach them to poop in a box (which is supposed to be a metaphor for living considerately with others).

No, that’s ancient history. It’s all cool now. We can share our cultures (by which I mean, aren’t headdresses totally flattering on blondes?)

Yes, so much this! They don’t even realize how much a child can ruin an adult’s life if it’s not wanted, even if there is no rape or disability etc. in the equation. A kid changes everything, you need to want it in order to accept it and love it the way it deserves.

good on you for talking about mental health! We tell our acquaintances about a range of different health problems (maybe not genital-related, but headaches and so on). We should start talking about at LEAST the “common” mental disorders (such as depression) as well!

I took away other things: 1) There is a person named Blac Chyna, seemingly a woman. Her name is crazy, and possibly very racist (?). 2) She looks really weird, like a bad waxen Nikki Minaj.

Goodness, you are right. I actually never realized that humanity would die out if everyone were pro-choice. I’m switching sides now!

Oh my God, awesome story (both the shirt and the hotel)

Oh no, your new pregnancy should be all about you deciding what to do, whether to let it continue and what is good for you while your family supports you. Nothing else matters right now. Good luck! <3

That’s the whole point of God (to these people).

What if your sister had been raped? What if she knew she wasn’t ready to become a mom and it was going to ruin her life? You are able to be proud of your sister because she made a brave choice. If she hadn’t had any choice, then you would not even be able to be proud of her.

And yet video games are violent and evil. *sigh*

But saying his face is evil is something he does (with his face). That’s exactly the point you’re making. A good looking man can still make an evil face. Hell, it’s why actors are able to play villains AND good guys. (Although yes, obvs the main criticism should be about words and actions, not facial expressions)

The evil comes from her behaviour. No matter what your face looks like, you can smile or you can evil it up. Totally fair game, always!
