Haha, I hear you. I grew up in northern Ontario (like an hour from Minnesota border actually...I love you guys!)

I know someone with it spelled Kaytlynne and I'm just like dude why does your mom hate you.
If it makes you feel better, I have been commenting for about a year & a half and I am still grey. I've come to terms with it. I don't like being the centre of attention anyway ;)
I LOVE Episodes! Matt Leblanc is much funnier than he gets credit for.
Yup. Sister-in-law is married to a Norwegian man. They are moving there as soon as they possibly can, because it’s just a way better life in every aspect that matters.
DONE. Meet me in the bathroom. Bring Cheetos.
Oh, you and Anne42 are right — I wasn't thinking of the sun protection! Yeah, when I visited Aus I didn't see many children who weren't wearing long sleeved rashies. I also had fun with all the coloured zinc sticks.
BAN ALL BOTTLES ;)
Oh god, who will save us from the nipples?!!!
Yeah...I think that might actually be the case! Well, at least we can still make a pop bottle bong for the flight if need be.
Yessss! My mom is super not-girly, so I always try to find cool bouquets to send her. Last year I did one that was all different flowers in shades of green. It was amaaazing. I love florists!! You have such a fun job!
Oh my gosh. In my first year of university, living in a dorm, there were several dial-a-bottle places who would deliver booze to campus. It was ridiculous. None of us had cars, so we would put together a giant order and then whoever was actually of legal age would go meet the delivery man. After a couple months of…
Pink peonies!! A patient brought me a huge bouquet of them last spring as a thank you for some small thing I had done for her months earlier...they had bloomed in her yard, she tied them up with a little ribbon and everything. It was so sweet. They made me crazy happy both because they’re pretty and because I felt…
I just don’t even understand this because you could buy five cans of soda from a vending machine/snack shop in the terminal and carry them onto the plane with you. Unless, do they not sell drinks in cans? I never really paid attention (I prefer bottles).
I love buying flowers for the dining room table. Except usually the cats play with them, knock them over, and I come home to find half-eaten flowers and water everywhere.
Oh thank god, I was hoping you were joking! :)
Amazing. My only regret is that we are going in mid-August when apparently a lot of the restaurants close down for holiday time...I’m sure there will still be lots of things open in the touristy areas though. And Rome will be less crowded, which is a huge plus for me.
I'm going to Italy for my honeymoon. Pretty sure I will not be able to fit into my clothes by the end of the trip. Note to self: pack muumuus.
I live on a very small one-way street, and I’m already the cranky old woman who sits on her front porch and glares at unfamiliar cars that drive by. :)
Your description of both those swimsuits made me smile. That is so ridiculous, though. My best friend just had a baby girl and for Christmas (they live in Australia) I sent her a super adorable neon turquoise ruffly swimming diaper. It didn't even occur to me to think that she would wear a top with them. Because she's…
