I agree that he is not wrong, but it feels a bit disingenuous coming from the guy who formerly lead a company that has not one, but TWO “Black Friday” events a year.

I’m just speaking generally that some folks get too hung up on spending money, and that isn’t what the holidays should be about.

Freshly roasted & ground coffee takes a lot longer than instant coffee. Instant isn’t better.

Counter-point: Maverick with the 2.0L Turbo.

A Stinger with the 3.3L Twin-turbo V6 and a 6-speed stick would have been awesome.

I think you’ve stumbled upon a website that isn’t for you.

We don’t like you anymore.

Came to say this. If any dealer network can handle poorly bolted together cars with stupid engineering, it would be GM’s.

I don’t know if it’s so much a “dealer” advantage, or simply a “retail network that has been around and growing for over a century” advantage.

The LAST thing I ever want in a car is the interior getting brighter the fast I go. WTF? It’s bad enough having the incessant touch screens screwing with my night vision. Saab had the right idea with Night Panel - that was brilliant.

Their entire marketing strategy is focused on being “outdoorsy” and they love to talk about their zero-emissions factory, but no one ever seems to point out that their entire car lineup has mileage ratings going from “incredibly average” to “downright

Also EPA is a load of crap for the most part, I constantly get over what the epa gets. As long as you don’t floor it every chance you get, you can at least increase the hwy mpg by 5 points.

I know you said you’re missing some premium brands but come on, this is an enthusiast site

Good god. Buy a 12-15mpg combined vehicle and complain about $4/gallon gas.

I read that as being the first car on the list that the average American would recognize. All the prior slides are almost non-existent in the passenger car market here, especially compared to Kia’s current presence.

I spent over 20 years working in tech. It is without a doubt the most volatile, unpredictable, insecure industry imaginable. I lost count of the number of companies I worked for. Mostly due to acquisitions, the company folding when funding dried up, recessions- which always hits tech hard- and many other reasons.
