The question was “which car is destined for the scrapper” The Z, any of them, will never really meet that fate. The chassis is pretty good, lends itself to swap fairly easy and get pretty cheap over time. These will only end up in the scrapper once some kid wrecks them or after its turned into a drift missile and sees

What that video showed me was how much time and effort is spent on a car no one cares about it will sell poorly.

The Z wants to have a word with you.

I could see this, especially once it starts experiencing battery problems when its over 15 years old and on its 5th owner. This can be said for all EVs, when the cost to repair the battery is more than its worth, off to the junk yard.

This is a Lambo;

When I was in highschool, (graduated 2005) I bought the classic Chucks at Fred Meyers for $30, not on sale. I don’t know when exortly, but with a decade or so they went up to like $60 for the same basic shoe.

“The Weekend Build" a feature on a reader's or Jalopnik staff's car.

Buy it and drive it for a couple of days until it inevitably breaks down. Swap in a LS and you got yourself a cheap and reliable way to flex on everyone at the Walmart.

There was this kid in my class, he was bragging about how he only got a month in jail for his DUI. He was supposed to be there for longer but he told the judge he was going to college so he let him out if he stayed out of trouble.

Yea that front end is what designers from the 80s thought cars in 2020 would look like.

Depending on how tall yall are, a Ford maverick might do the trick.

An EV Astro would be awesome.

After it completes its metamorphosis, what car does it become?

It runs and drives (for now), is convertible, and technically under 5k.

I feel the same way about school. Being 35 and back in school full time tires my brain. I almost just want to get my CDL and drive a school bus.

Yea if this was in Cali, you could easily buy and and flip it for 15-16k. This one is sus though, being in Florida and all.

There are a couple of nice trails in Albuquerque that have lots of neat petroglyphs but every single site is vandalized by turds who think people need to know Chad was there in 1995.

Minivan. Tons of space, sliding doors, and pretty decent ride.

I hope this is the Civic Si hatch Honda refuses to give us.
