Your laziness will probably save you some money, in the case of Vicar's In Trouble, but I would be really happy to see Rosie win the Derby. She has the best showing by any woman in the Derby with a previous fifth-place finish and has been winning some big races in the past couple years.
Oh, and one of the other names California Chrome almost got saddled with was "Seabisquik." So, you know, praise the racing gods.
The horses I am betting in one way or another this year are California Chrome, Danza, Medal Count, General A Rod, Wicked Strong, and Ride on Curlin.
Good luck to anyone who puts down some money! Everyone else should cheer for California Chrome. His owners are two working-class guys who formed DAP Racing- short for Dumb…
So sad for you. :( It's rough.
Two months ago, the whole place was still buried in waist-high snow. This combined with the knowledge that I have only ten days left in PA is making me one happy little student.
I was scrolling up through the comments and thought your wine gif was related to the Diva Cup question.
I should probably contribute something more than that to your thread, right? I have no idea about wine, but I have heard Diva Cups are only comfortable for women in a certain size range. You might be unfortunately…
My campus today:
When they didn't have babies to look after, I used to keep my two lady bunnies together, and the larger one would do the same face humping routine. I never understood it, but it didn't seem to be causing any harm.
Have a cute bunny.
If you've never seen two rabbits do the deed, the really funny part is when the boy has a wee rabbit seizure, falls off the lady as stiff as a corpse, and just lies there for a while. Used to crack me up every time when I had bunnies.
Basic liches.
I'm cutting her some slack too. I'm months out from losing my boy and I still get weepy sometimes. Definitely not ready for a new dog yet. You never know how much a certain dog meant to a certain person; It could be that Miley's dog was the only stable emotional comfort she had.
Good luck and congratulations!
I'm in the same boat as you. Been living in PA for four years now doing college stuff, but I started seeing someone in my hometown in WA last December. I had plans to move back before then, since I do not have many fond memories of my time here. Now, I've got six more weeks til I'm done with classes and can run the…
Sometimes, in private, my boyfriend affectionately calls me "barf skag." This is only partially because we played a lot of Borderlands together.
It seems our point of contention is Carter's motives, which is fair enough. I'm one who thinks that every positive voice is a welcome one. It's hard for a former president to speak out for any cause without the media placing him at the center of the story, but Carter has consistently stood out as an advocate who walks…
If Carter convinces even a few people to see the feminist movement in a new light and be more receptive to women's messages, how is that a bad thing? If we want to actually live by a feminist agenda, all voices should be given consideration, gender and privilege notwithstanding. I don't think we can, or should,…
You're perfect just the way you are.
My Barbie rode a giraffe, glued her hair into a mohawk, and sometimes left her baby in the microwave oven. I failed to live up to the potential she set for me.
