I paid $2.91/gal on my last fill up. For some reason, Colorado (or at least the Denver metro area) is lagging behind in the price increases. I'm not complaining.

At the moment, it was my 2001 Alero that I bought the last week of 2001. I had that one 3 years and 2 months. This year in August, assuming I still have my 2009 Ranger that I bought new, I will surpass that.
Nice!
You had me at Delilah. Congrats!
I thought the same when Honda brought out the Civic coupe in the nineties. I thought, "Who would take that over a Civic hatch?" As it turns out, it was everybody.
They didn't drop the GT hatch in 2002. It was sold for the rest of that generation's life span. Here's an '05 GT for sale near me.
The previous-generation Charger is all over the place. But I see a LOT more Chrysler 200s and the others than the new Charger.
1st gear: You see Chargers in rental fleets? Just the other day I was thinking how few of the redesigned Charger at all, even as rental cars. They just don't seem to be anywhere.
I don't know, at least the Volt appears to be able to stop when you push the brake pedal.
I'll take it.
Not bad. A little derivative of the Elantra, but most cars are derivative of another anymore. Much better than the Caliber.
Most of the Mexican-plated vehicles you see here are people visiting their relatives and they actually are mostly newer cars from what I've seen, though I once saw an early 80s Ford Laser (FWD Mazda GLC) in a neighborhood. Mostly, I've seen the Chevrolet Chevy (old Opel Corsa), Nissan Tsuru, Hyundai/Dodge Atos,…
This was on I-25 in the Tech Center. I-25 is a good place to spot them, because it's the highway most people visiting from Mexico would take back and forth. You can also see them in the area bordered by Sheridan (west), I-25 (east), Mississippi (south) and I-70 (north).
That reminds me, I saw a SEAT Ibiza on the highway in the south end of Denver the other day. I see them fairly frequently, all with Mexican license plates. It always bums me out because we don't get them here.
In a manner of speaking, sure.
"Two guys don't usually do this stuff at home."
