I've heard you should avoid the pre-2000 Isuzu-sourced 5-speed manual. I don't remember the reason why, but when I came close to buying one a few years back I had looked it up on the net and found that piece of advice.

They used to drive Camrys, but they all traded them in for Toyota Highlanders. Watch them the next time you're out and about, Highlander drivers are terrible.

I'm concerned. I find the design of the Juke actually growing on me. I don't recoil in horror anymore, like I did when I saw the first pictures of it. I sat in one at an auto show, and it was pretty nice (remember, when you're inside it you can't see the outside).
