“...what amounts to the film’s climax.”

I kind of want to put a Murphy bed in the garage now. You’re giving me ideas.

Wow. There goes my breakfast!

A few months ago, Lagunitas Chicago had a taproom exclusive called Fusion 21. That was the most weed-reminiscent beer I have ever had. God, that beer was tasty.

Dark Horse is gooooood. They make some of my favorite stouts.

Really? That’s all it takes?

Fair point.

Wonder how she thinks they get pickles.

Can someone please provide me an example of an “upscale sandwich shop”? I am unfamiliar with this concept.

Now I want some Bean Gene. And Mean Gene.

The red star refers to the Chicago flag — common motif in Revolution's branding. I don't know about the rest of it.

If you can get over the hibiscus petals (not sure what they've ever done to you) try the Revolution Rosa. It is tasty.

Agreed. As soon as mine get past my fingertips, I start freaking out and have to file them down until they're even. I'm seriously in the bathroom stall at work stealthily filing my nails, as guilty and nervous as if I was snorting coke off my compact or something.

You use your NAILS to take your contacts out? SWEET JESUS.

Since I don't have specific weight loss goals, I've consciously decided not to torture myself like that. If I can glance at my wrist and see that I'm going as hard as I did

I totally agree with your approach in regards to focusing on results. I mostly use my HRM in spin class, so I have something objective to keep me in check and prevent me from slacking off. I don't keep formal results or dwell on doing better every time; I just have a general idea of what are average and good for

Get a heart rate monitor and go by that, not the treadmill. Treadmills way overestimate calorie burn.

I’ve never heard that. That’s really disappointing.

“Pretending” is a much better word for her on-screen appearances.

Gotcha. I was born into a family of hard-core Celts fans but didn’t care much myself until rather recently. Pierce and Garnett are two of the only 2010 players I could name off the top of my head. I miss ‘em.
