Vince Staples is certainly not unproblematic—-I’m no prude but one song in particular has a lyric that made me clutch my pearls and grind them into a fine powder the first time I heard it—-but he’s been rightfully ripping R. Kelly to shreds for a long time. They should have interviewed him, or at least gotten

I can wrap my head around why Madonna possibly wanted butt implants - she’s always been thin, and at 60 flat butts can begin to sag. What I can’t wrap my head around is why she got implants that are so ridiculously and obviously fake. Maybe it’s a recent surgery and they do settle after awhile? I know nothing of fake

Oh Madge... How long will it be until you appear in a production of "Sunset Boulevard"?

I don’t believe that AOC needs a softball interview. She’s a politician, she should be able to defend her positions. But I do think a challenging interview can be accomplished without condescension, and given the condescension she’s been hammered with since she rose in prominence... maybe it’s just Anderson, or maybe

And the commodification of Black women’s bodies continues. Yay for bodily autonomy. But it hurts my soul when women, especially black women, mutilate themselves and pay for Kardashian butts that are basically knock off versions of Black women’s bodies.

Right. It’s not like Dream would have cut the footage to make it look like he wasn’t being critical because that would make zero sense. I think he’s just trying to save face.

What is so messy about calling a predator a predator. Not calling out R Kelly is a worse look imo.

So, maybe I am a complete moron, but couldn’t he have just not said any good things while on camera?  If he didn’t want to talk about his “genius”, could he have not talked about his genius?  I like Questlove, but this is really, really thin as far as excuses go.

if their presence causes people to actually look around and appreciate all the stunning history and works of art in that museum, then I guess it’s a good thing.

“I know that I could be a lawyer or a doctor and make my mom proud, but that’s just not what I want ultimately. I don’t want to sit behind a desk when I know that there are people getting paid to do what they are actually passionate about,”

This just makes me feel gross. I feel for her though.

NYU Langone bioethics professor Dr. Art Caplan said that Dr. Lee not charging for extractions and other supposedly nonessential procedures not covered by insurance in exchange for the ability to use the footage of said extractions in her online content “smacks of coercion and pressure.”

Don’t mention the fact that Asians weren’t historically subjected to slavery, Jim Crow, and anti-black violence.

Right? Or the tour bus full of people that saw statutory rape happening, but no calls to the police. At that point in time, they probably could have legally married (yes, thats still disgusting) had her parents permitted it. That should have been yet another red flag.

She died with I think 8 others in a plane crash, so doubtful.

Gretchen calls the police on black people, but local law enforcement has Misty’s home address programmed into their GPS.

I was thinking more Grendel than Gretchen. I feel like Gretchen wants to sell me kombucha.

Definitely not Gretchen. That’s a Crystal, Darlene, or Misty.

Honestly? You basically just proved her point. Because it is, when just the admission immediately garners comments like that.

These people don’t deserve that magnificent house (which she’s decorated to look like a suburban tract house). The room she calls “the library” has almost no books (there are but three yard-long shelves to the right of the fireplace). Then again, she calls The Night Before Christmas a book (it’s a poem).
