The glowing puck wasn’t the worst idea ever since it was way in the pre-HD days, when tracking the puck on TV was a lot more of a problem. The execution may have been poor, but it filled a need. This three-point line idea just sounds like a total waste of effort.

H + L = T?

This venture’s off to a weird start when Redick presumably can’t talk about one of the biggest NBA stories of the week.

Who could have guessed that kids who want puppies would be the solution to the NHL’s perennial goal of increasing scoring?

That feeling when Mahrez pulls off a move in real life that you don’t even know how to do in FIFA...

If Denver’s D plays like it did yesterday, hopefully that’ll make it an interesting game.

Sometimes it looked like he’d hit Brady before the tackle even got out of his stance.

Holy hell, it’s got frames. I guess there was literally no distinction between the web designers for a big company like WB and any schmo making a Geocities page back in those days.

Granted, the NFL is pretty dumb, as we’ve seen time and again, but I have no idea what the thought process is behind leaving the DirecTV deal in place instead of looking at the streaming services for the other sports and saying “yeah, we should totally do that.” It would basically be a license to print money.

Newcastle: brings in more money than Inter, spends 95% of the time acting like Mike Ashley has to stand on the street and beg for spare change in order to get new players.

So will they honor Francesa on Bernie Williams Night? Mike Vaccaro wrote about it in the Post.

If the NHL had this option when I lived in Boston, you probably could’ve gotten me to empty my wallet to avoid Jack Edwards for the 6 Panthers-Bruins games every season.

NUFC’s been crying out for someone who can make those passes all season (and really ever since dumping Cabaye). All of the front four move well without the ball, as does Janmaat. It didn’t really matter when you had Jack Colback rolling slow sideways balls and killing the momentum.
