Relink isn’t just unverified, it’s explicitly marked by Valve as unsupported, even though it actually runs fine.

Those games seem like they’re good enough to play with a performance hit. The fact that the Deck can play them really says a lot about how good the hardware is.
I know this is a deeply unpopular view among FF fans, but FFX is a drag. The random battle frequency is WAY too high, most of the main characters are somber and dull (when they’re not being outright obnoxious, I see you Tidus and Rikku), the minigames are interminable, the cutscenes are endless, and the story is bound…
I'm excited for new DLC and I have no idea if I'll actually play it. I finished the main game and did all the optional fights even but lord does the idea of picking up late game content after so long away make me feel tired. And the idea of trying to start over even more tired. I may have to buy this and then save it…
I’m a human being who has worked retail, any moment you’re there you’re some level of annoyed and especially so when some self-important dickhead shows up to fuck up whatever you were in the middle of.
Every single person he annoyed had something better to do than help him make more money. Fuck this guy.
Agreed, but to be fair they’re not saying “The PS5 is end-of-life” they’re saying “in the future sales will start to slow down”. The title and article are sensationalizing it a bit.
I dunno, considering the release hype cycle nowadays I actually feel very confident that if we don’t currently know about a game’s release in the latter half of the year by this point, then the only thing we'll get is whatever gets delayed from their currently planned summer release.
...lucca from chrono trigger...
Look, I’m old.
I imagine a much better GPU is the main thing. The SSD is already great, the CPU is fine, it has a decent amount of RAM (but could probably use a bit more), but the GPU can’t really deliver any of the promises of this gen. A console that can reliably deliver 4k60 experiences even without raytracing is what next gen is…
Load times aren’t going to be meaningfully impacted because of the NVME drive, last gen consoles were still using slow as molasses HDD’s despite SSD’s being prevalent in the PC world. But look at FF7 Rebirth and you’re forced to choose between a 60 FPS Vaseline screen or being stuck in one of those dreams where you’re…
That’s my feeling about a potential PS5 Pro. The PS4 Pro felt like it made some measure of sense since they seemed to be pushing the limits of the original PS4's hardware. Maybe I’m missing something, but I’m not getting that feeling at all from the PS5 or the Series X.
“nothing from Sony on the horizon.”
I think this was carefully worded misdirection. The didn’t mention anything regarding new first party IP - just existing IP. I think there’s some surprises in store for the back half of this year.
Just beat Control and plan to do the DLC for it now. Really enjoyed the game and the last few missions had some really trippy and cool levels.
That’s a lot of wasted words just to tell everyone you’re a cunt.
Burning the American Flag as a means of protest is protected speech. Yet, not when it comes to questioning COVID, transgenderism or climate change I suppose.
lol. there it is.
Bro, Deadpool killed the entire Marvel Universe and no one acted like this. You and everyone else screeching and rending their clothes online gotta chill man. it’s Batman. He’s not real. It’s okay.
Here, this should make you feel better. https://www.cbr.com/batman-deaths-chronological-order-ranked/
That’s got to be one of the most insane-person responses to a game I’ve ever seen, which is saying something given how long I’ve been on the internet.
