Every game deals with this and encouraging early, or really any, leaving is kinda awful in my opinion. I play a lot of Apex Legends and refuse to play the Arenas mode unless I have two other friends to play with. Lose the first round and someone leaves, every time. Is it really so awful to just stick it out and play?
