You’re allowed to try to point out any ethical problems or inconsistencies the people taking you to court have. This is a gross example but common nonetheless; you see this with “she was asking for it by wearing that skirt” argument in sexual assault cases. If you make the girl look like a whore people are less likely

I’ve been waiting for news on the new RS3, I love my Golf R but I might need 5-cylinder noises in my life.

To be fair, it is heavily modified. Including stuffing a couple Walbro 450s in the tank, which may affect the fuel level sender. Those mods were done a couple years ago and the sender worked fine up until a couple weeks ago though, so it might not be their fault. I don’t think the mods would do anything to an oil

Neutral: My VW (a 2016 manual Golf R) runs fine and makes a lot of power, but is starting to suffer from VW electronics.

They’re Chinese, their understanding of intellectual property is a little different than ours. I’m sure an American judge will be happy to explain though.

TIL apparently there’s such a thing as too much power for parking at the airport.

There are 2 paths Ford can take:

I’m guessing if the owner figures it out these dipshits will be doing the Emergency Room Challenge.

“Improve” implies it was a feature already present but wasn’t working as intended. This was not new functionality, it was fixing functionality that was already supposed to be there.

You should be thankful they didn’t just fall off in the rain like the bumpers do.

It would be shitty for a bit until a whole bunch of laws got repealed because they overwhelmed the court system.

This.

And you won’t find that evidence. No one is sending texts or making calls in real time to stuff this under the rug. The cops saw the kid’s ID, figured out who daddy/mommy is and knew immediately to go into damage control mode, no direction needed.

Yeah, fuck all that. Apple doesn’t need control of my air conditioner, and knowing them they’ll decide to stop supporting it or put it behind a paywall at some point. I won’t buy a car that has this “feature”.

Could also be a problem with the source images. I’d bet a lot of these verification photos are taken with cell phone cameras in dark cars. Dark things (skin included) don’t reflect as much light for a camera to capture, if you’re in an already dark environment the source image might have so little contrast to begin

Factory location on my Golf R was hanging directly off the turbo, so jammed between the engine and the firewall. It was a real bitch to get out of there with a few dudes, a full set of tools and a garage to work in.

California doesn’t want police to intervene in low dollar property crime. There’s a chance the police might violate the criminal’s rights, so it’s better off to just not send them to begin with.

If you’re a dealer that still has a new one of these on the lot after all the supply issues this last year has had, you have had a real bitch of a time moving it and are probably heavily incentivizing potential buyers to take it off your hands. Literally any other vehicle would sell almost instantly, you want this

This would certainly explain the Tesla cult.

He also gets to brag about how much faster his car decelerated than the GT3.
